Planning your Wedding?
Your wedding ceremony is the one part of the day that is completely and uniquely yours!
Everything else can be borrowed or duplicated from elsewhere but the words we speak, the story we tell and the moment we create? That belongs entirely to you and the person you love.
I work with couples of any background, belief or tradition to create ceremonies that feel right for you and your partner, blending all of the elements we need to create a ceremony that feels completely personal to you.
Whether you're seeking the quietly traditional with a few personal touches, a ceremony that's different to any you've ever seen, or something in between; the choice is entirely yours and I'll work with you to make it happen.
As with all of my ceremonies, your wedding can include almost anything that feels right for you. Some of the examples I might include are:
- Handfasting or ring warming
- Readings, poems, or music that mean something specific to you
- Rituals drawn from nature, such as planting a tree, a unity sand jar or flame ceremony
- Involving children, family, or close friends in the ceremony itself
- Vows written entirely by you, or shaped together with my help
- Ancestor or absent-loved-one acknowledgements, if there's someone you want present in spirit
- Moving ceremonies; starting in one spot and walking somewhere else partway through, if your venue allows it

If you're seeking a celebrant for your Wedding and not sure where to start, get in touch. Our journey together will look like this:
- A first conversation with no pressure or obligation; just a chance to talk about what you're visualising and see if we're a good fit for each other.
- Once you book, I'll spend time getting to know your love story and its leading characters, as well as how you met, what matters to you and what you want this day to feel like, not just look like.
- I'll write your ceremony and share it with you well ahead of the day, so that we can shape it together and ensure everything sounds like you.
- On the day itself, I'll arrive early, coordinate with your other suppliers where needed, and hold the space so you can simply be present in it. All you need to do is turn up and say the words that are in your heart.
Please note: As a celebrant, I cannot legally marry you under UK law. However, when we meet we can talk about exactly what that means.
